What is your cancellation policy?

We have individual cancellation policies for each listing. Before finalizing your booking, you will see the cancellation policy for your reservation on the “Finalize Your Booking” page.

How do we check-in?

All of Embark Rentals are automated check-ins. You will receive check-in instructions for your reservation by text or email before arrival. Please reach out to 561-504-2847 with any questions.

What time is check-in? Check-out?

Check-in is typically 3pm. Check-out is 11am

Can we check-in early? Can we check-out late?

If possible, we love working with guests on early check-in’s and late check-out’s. There is generally a $75 fee to do so.

Can we smoke on the property?

No!! All Embark Rentals have a strict no smoking, no vaping policy on all properties.

Are bed linens/towels included on the property?

Bed linens and towels are included! Reach out to us during your stay if you need anything additional.
